Summit

Alex DiGerlando, who was a Junior at Summit High School in 1995, submitted his design as part of a competition to commemorate the construction of the new City Hall.  Mr. DiGerlando was named the winner.  The City moved into new City Hall in the spring of 1995 and the Summit flag is displayed inside the Council Chamber at Summit City Hall.
